Many of you have asked for my sugar cookie recipe lately, so here it is.
This recipe has been double and makes A LOT of cookies.
- Cream together 2 Cups sugar and 2 Cups butter.
- Add 2 eggs and 2 tsp vanilla.
- Add 6 C flour, 1 tsp baking soda, and 1 tsp salt.
Chill for 2 hours.
Roll out using powdered sugar to help with sticking.
Cut out.
Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.

That looks like a great recipe. I wish I had it a few hours ago because I just made a double batch of sugar cookies for tomorrow!
